Just finished this bands EP!
Guitars are E standard an octave below!just like a bass!

Sounds great! What did you use for guitars? mic'd or ampsims? Everything sounds well placed to me. That snare is crazy-snappy.. loving it.

Ampsims, i went for a sort of quack....
i think it an eq that i crazy boosted the high mids into tubescremer into le456 and used ozone harmonic exiter on the mids 100% at least thats what i remember

And I forgot to mention the guitars are tuned to E Standard...An octavebelow!!!!!

Thanks! They are really happy with the mix, the final mix (not this one) has more bass guitar definition
i didn't really know how to mix this, especially the 8 string guitars tuned to E an octave below standard E
