Hopefully they're going in a new direction. Looking back at their entire career, I actually like Pass Out Of Existence the best. Production wasn't as good as the later stuff, but I liked the songs a lot better. They seemed to stand apart more on that album, even if it was Nu-metal-ish. I'm probably one of maybe 40 people worldwide who prefer that album, haha.

The new song I heard was much slower than their other stuff. It for sure sounds like Chimaira, but it's much different than anything they have done so far.

BTW I prefer the old Chimaira too, but I like their local EP they came out with in the MID 90's..... Horrible guitar tone, but the songs were amazing. They butchered 2 of the songs to put on Pass Out of Existence.
