It's so depressing that I can't go to this. I'll be probably midway between Columbia and Richmond right about the time the show starts. I could possibly make it to DC by 1 AM if the band doesn't mind postponing the show for me by 5 hours...

Ahh fuck fuck fuck fuck... I want to go to this so badly and I'm by some freak accident going to be at home this weekend. Of course I'm going to JMU tonight and Tech tomorrow night so Saturday is supposed to be my family/friends day. I might try to pull something though because seeing Kayo Dot now sounds more appropriate then this summer.

Yep.


The show went pretty well, Kayo Dot were incredible, just completely left me jaw hanging, I'm still in awe. They were really keen people to talk with as well. We thought we did completely terrible and everyone hated us but people actually dug our stuff. I wish out set was tighter but all is well. We would have played this show no matter where it is. Hopefully we can play with KD again.
