When all is said and done it wasnt a bad review... 4 out of 5... somehow in this positive review they called you unlistenable... haha.. none the less, kinda cool.

There are alot of 2 and 3s... a 4 is a high ranking from them... 5s always seem bought... cept Khanate got a 5.

Though it seems beyond them... I think unlistenable was supposed to be a good thing... they also called it a "cream dream" which i think is a good thing.

yeah, i think they just mean that the music doesn't work as a "pop it in and start the dance party/put it on a mix/'get' everything about the song on your first listen" type of thing.

was there a cd sampler in the issue? (the label for that band i just finished the interview with is supposed to have a cd sampler in an issue of alternative press really soon, like Jan/Feb- Ascetic Records, band=Riddle of Steel)

Reviewers who use the word unlistenable in a tone of admiration do amuse me, although I know they don't mean it literally, just something that cannot be played as background music by any sane person (which I myself find an appealing trait, music should ideally demand one's complete concentration.)
