Kessler vs. Froch

That was an entertaining fight this evening ... very, very close one. For those that don't know Mikkel Kessler hails from Denmark and enters the ring to A Warrior's Call by Volbeat. They wrote it for "The Viking Warrior". I would say who won this fight, but I don't want to ruin it for anyone who might not have caught it live. It was a good one .. two tough guys gutting it out.

I gotta get into MMA more... I was a huge fan of EARLY UFC and became a bit of a fan of Faber when it started taking off again - ie rules were established and states undid their bans on the sport...

I wanted to see the Faber vs Aldo last night but just couldn't justify $45 for it... I'll see it eventually

This was actually a traditional boxing match of super middleweights. I am kind ofmold school and prefer the sweet science to the mma stuff. I think Claus and a few others around here still follow it a bit, but it's lost a lot of popularity to mma the past decade.
