I posted this earlier today on Mike Portnoy's forum. I have been playing tons of his work today..and more and more I love it..and miss him, even having only known his work somewhat well just the last couple of years.
if you can, try and listen to something today with Kevin in mind.
10 years is pretty significant.
Oh and Doug, I will have to credit you with emphasizing how much Kevin is missed and significant his music was and still is. I remember once in one of those chats we did you talked about him and that inspired me to seek him out a lot more.
