Kevin Smith, director of Clerks, Mallrats, Jersey Girl, Chasing Amy and Dogma, will be at the AWESOME Arclight Cinemas on Tuesday, April 13, for a q&A session following the screening of Clerks.

check out www.arclightcinemas.com for details

Tickets, if you're a member (and becoming a member is free), are $11.
I've been to these Q&A things at the Arclight before, and if you love film, they are a lot of FUN!
George Clooney was a BLAST!

I've been to a few of them... the most notable ones:

American Beaty - Mena Suvari, Kevin Spacey, Wes Bentley and Sam Mendes attended
Confessions of a Dangerous Mind - George Clooney, director, attended
Bubba Ho-Tep #1 @ the Egyptian - Bruce Campbell, Don Coscarelli attended
Bubba Ho-Tep #2 @ the Nuart - Bruce Campbell attended

Besides being a Maiden freakazoid, I am a film NUT!
I'll go to midnite screenings, drive an hour to get to a top theater (the Arclight, the Nuart, the Bruin), go to Q&As and seminars...
I just appreciate a good movie... they tend to come out so few... and very far between...

Hi Doodoobubbachuk! What you saw on cable was probably the Q&A show of the Actors Studio on A&E. Those are allright, but thats like a serious show. The ones that are held at The Egyptian or Arclight are entertaining because the actors aren't on camera and say ANYTHING they want which makes it really funny. See Im already laughing, cheers!....

I've seen some of those Q&A things on cable. I saw one with Pacino and one with Steisand not too long ago, and some others that weren't as entertaining.

That's what is was! Ya, some are pretty stuffy, eh? I like Pacino so I had to watch. ;)

*makes note to self* gotta check out Arclight.

Best theater in California... Asigned seating (never have to fight for a seat), and a full bar/restaurant inside :)
They have 21 and over screenings once in a while, where you can take your alcoholic beverages into the auditorium...
