The Believe in Nothing CD, which can be ordered through Century Media. I got mine on Ebay, though, because I couldn't find it anywhere else at the time...

Yeah I have that as well. It can also be found on one of the Judas Priest tribute albums (1 or 2) and the DHIADW limited box set.
