At this month's Sonic Temple festival in Columbus, Ohio, KILLSWITCH ENGAGE guitarist Adam Dutkiewicz spoke to Lou Brutus of HardDrive Radio about the band's recently completed North American tour with PARKWAY DRIVE. "It's always nice to be on tour with a band that they just wanna work together, get along and put on the best show possible, and that was the case with these guys," Adam said (see video below). "They're just gentlemen, and they wanna have a good tour. "There are bands out there that are just… all they care about is themselves," he added. "And there are actually some vindictive bands out there that try to hog stage time, don't let you have soundchecks. They make merchandise difficult. Load-ins are difficult. It's, like, what's the point? We should all be working together and make a great-running show and make everybody that paid money to go to the show have a great time. That's it." KILLSWITCH ENGAGE's next album will be released in the fall via Metal Blade Records in the U.S. and Sony Music Entertainment in the rest of the world. The follow-up to 2016's "Incarnate" will mark the Massachusetts metallers' third full-length effort since the return of singer Jesse Leach, who rejoined the group in 2012.
