Jason Bracelin and Mike Weatherford of the Las Vegas Review-Journal report: Veteran rockers KISS have announced plans to bring a big-budget, Cirque du Soleil-style stage show to Las Vegas with at least a $40 million to $50 million budget, according to those behind the planned production.
