Anyone heard this yet? Listening to it on Spotify (mmm, Spotify), and it's pretty rocking. "Danger Us" has one of the cheesiest lines ever, but it's still awesome.
Considering how much they were claiming it was a classic '70s sounding Kiss album, I'm surprised at how much the styles cover all their eras on it. First two tracks (my 2 favourites) sound like they could easily have been at home on Revenge. "I'm An Animal" could be straight off Creatures Of The Night or Lick It Up. The last song "Say Yeah" almost sounds like Paul Stanley's recent solo album mixed with modern-era Danger Danger or Ted Poley and is classic melodic Stanley.
Thumbs up from me. Slays "Psycho Circus". Not the "most consistent album we've ever done" like they claimed but still a solid album with a few great tracks that I'd love to hear live - in fact Modern Day Delilah sounded awesome live at Cobo Hall recently that I saw on You Tube!
