Kitty and Pabla Re: Lost Highway

Have you ladies picked up the Lost Highway album?!
I picked it up. this is the first Bon Jovi album that I have bought on release date since Keep the Faith.... I like it it's a nice change of pace from the stale stuff they've issued since Keep the Faith... As you two are die-hards I'm wondering what the verdict is from fans? There are at least 8-9 solid tracks on there and if you pick up the Walmart version there's a DVD that comes along with it. And do not forget to check out their Unplugged comeing this Saturday... I have the Tivo set....
This album also might be right up Bryant's alley....

Thanks Sixx! Pabla's the big Bon Jovi fan. I saw the commercial last night for the unplugged, I hope she's able to watch it, she leaves friday to start vacation. It looks like it will be a great show!

I'm curious how the editing job went with that show? As Ritchie was not on top of his game... Also on the soundcheck (DVD that comes with disc at Walmart) Sambora plays flawlessly. He doesn't look well but plays fantastic!!!!

I was able to stream it yesterday as I have been too busy getting ready for my trip to pick it up. It sounded pretty good to me... although at times I was like "hmmmm that sounds more country then I want it to" (I am not a country fan), but Jon sounds awesome! I will probably pick it up soon... too bad I won't be around for the unplugged show

I'm happy overall with the album. Strong songs, not too much twang to it really... Jon does sound great and Ritchie plays fantastic! There are a couple of stinkers on there, but they don't take away from the overall album. In fact I was just thinking of reviewing this one for Pivotal Rage...
