According to The Pulse Of Radio, KORN's Jonathan Davis is being sued by his lawyers for failing to pay them after they settled a pair of lawsuits. The original suits were filed concerning his involvement in a serial killer museum called the American Curiosities Museum, TMZ.com reports. The museum failed to get off the ground and a fellow investor filed a lawsuit. In 2006, Davis's lawyers allegedly stepped in and negotiated a settlement that involved a payment plan. Davis reportedly owed $159,407 and was supposed to pay off $1,000 per month, but after two payments, Davis reportedly stopped sending checks. The legal team is suing for the balance, plus interest, which would total $256,021.Before his singing career, Davis was a professional embalmer; he has been a collector of serial killer art and memorabilia for more than a decade.KORN recently announced the details of a fall North American tour, on which the band will perform its self-titled 1994 debut album in its entirety at every stop to commemorate the 20th anniversary of its release. The trek kicks off on October 1 in Chicago, winding down a month later on October 30 in Oakland.
