Taking this from Digital Metal, although I suppose it's in several places:

"MORBID RECORDS official press statement MORBID RECORDS leading underground death grind lable from Germany and KULT American death metaller's EVIL INCARNATE have officially parted ways making both the said label and band free of all contractual agreement's leaving EVIL INCARNATE to find a new label for the release of soon to be both legendary and classic CD Waiting for His Return. This follow up to the highly successfull debut CD Blackest Hymn's of God's Disgrace cannot be released in Germany under strict laws concerning anti-Jewish propaganda. The extreme nature of the band's new CD will be a ground breaking release. The words against god's chosen people of Israel and all followers of Christianity is just to graphic under German law, so it is unfortunate that we here at MORBID RECORDS cannot risk lengthly jail terms and losing the entire label we have worked so hard to build over all these years. The band's debut CD Blackest Hymn's of God's Disgrace has also come again under close scrutiny by German officials and it seems the track "Satanic Victory" might soon have this CD banned throughout the country of Germany due to its graphic lyrical content and strict censorship laws enforced by the government. Both the band and label have left under good terms and wish each other continued success. Also this is very unfortunate because we were both very much looking forward to working on this monster of a release together, but in these times of war there are some things that are simply out of anyone's hands. EVIL INCARNATE have informed us here at MORBID RECORDS that in no way and under no circumstance will they compromise the content of the music or lyrics in their propaganda war against god and man. This CD will truly be monumental. This is without a doubt a band to be watching for. Olaf & Carsten - MORBID RECORDS"

On the surface, it looks like the label is regretfully passing on a monumental release that will shake the metal world to its core.

Beneath it all, it looks like they dropped the band, and made sure they shouted as loud as they can that no label that signs them can do German business with them, which means no label of consequence is going to want to touch them. Clever.

If only Morbid Records was as clever signing bands as it is kicking them out the door.

hehe, I remember one of Evil Incarnates members, who sometimes showed up on a message board I used to post on more than two years ago. As far as I can recall his name was Mike or something. He was a total fucktard and wrote nothing but shit. The thing I remember the most was his hate-poem about Opeth where he wrote how shitty Opeth was in his opinion. He whined about that his friends told him that Opeth were so good and made him buy all four albums that had been released at the time - but unfortunately he hated the band and was pissed because he "lost" so much money buying the albums
