There's a lot of great metal going on that weekend. Minnesota Metalfest is also scheduled for that same day - PRIMAL FEAR, ATHEIST, NOVEMBERS DOOM and DESTROY DESTROY DESTROY, AVIAN and more!

And I'll second that notion on support your local music scene! The independent metal scene in America needs as much support as it can get!

Thanks man. I know most of our local bands aren't exactly prog/power but there are some heavy bands around here. Besides nothing wrong with liking all kinds of metal.
