Found this LP today by a band called Labyrinth released on Minotaur Records in 1985. I can't find anything on this band but it looks like they were from the Midwest United States. All I can find is the album artwork and tracklistings.
The reason this caught my eye is because of the album's final track. It was titled "The Bridge of Khazad-Dum (Mithrandir vs. The Balrog)" With a song about LOTR it had to be good right? Well I'll find out soon as I just started spinning the record 10 minutes ago.
It's pretty good hard rock/metal similar to maybe UFO or Fifth Angel or Saxon. Very nice guitar work and technical solos.
Anybody know what became of this band?
EDIT: The LOTR song was an instrumental (of course)...but the album overall was pretty good.
