Yes. I've had it in my MTM in the bridge for about 6mo now. Still trying to decide if it's what I'm looking for. It's kind of sterile, for lack of a better term.

Yes, similar to the EMG85. I have a set of those in the iceman and it is reminiscent of that. It is quiet at mute like an active too. But it lacks some of sensitivity, specifically pinch harmonics don't seem ring quite as much as on the EMG's.

It's all really splitting hairs on this. For the price though I'd say there are better pickups.
