His kindness, generosity, and encouragement touched so many lives, and his legacy will live on through the countless memories and lessons he shared with everyone. According to RushBrasil.com, the Peart family confirmed Danny’s death in an official note on the social network Facebook, signed by his sister, Nancy Peart.
In the text, Nancy shared details about her brother Danny’s personality. “He was sincere and sensitive, always finding a way to help and encourage,” the note says. A family tribute will be made in the park best known to Rush fans, because of Neil’s lyrics, recorded by the band. “We will plant a tree in Lakeside Park, next to our father’s tree (who passed away in 2021) and Neil’s pavilion,” she said.
