hey guys, i'm mixing an album currently.

i've got 2 takes of stuff, i'm not sure which sounds better..!

on monitors, i was certain that the 6505 was better, but i've just listened to it on headphones, and i think it sounds pretty boxy :/

i've got pictures of the re-amping set up, cba to put them up now!

I like the 6505 more, has more depth and power. I don`t think it`s too boxy for the style, when you dip some of the low-mids the guitars will go more to the back.
What is the kick ? I like it. Snare gets buried sometimes. Also there`s a subdrop at 3,32 that smashes the limiter and dips the whole song, don`t know if it`s intended (because it sounds kinda cool that way).
But a good mix overall.
