Sweden doesnt celebrate Halloween much but I did go to a party as a secret agent once. I was under cover of course so I had civil clothes and then a small gun hidden in a pocket.
I have since changed my mind about these things. Its more fun to make an effort and actually dress up properly. Its less fun to actually spend money doing it though.

One of our staff did see a guy in a white shirt with "404: Costume Not Found" written on it in sharpie.

my halloween costume was
"DOCTOR Hannibal Lecter", with heavy ephasis on the "doctor" part
i bought blue scrubs, blue surgical gloves, white labcoat, stethiscope, blue surgical mask, blue surgical cap, with "Hannibal Lecter M.D." embroidered on the labcoat in ridiculously huge block letters
i was being a cheap ass, the whole thing (including the embroidery even) costed me less than $75
