btw before i posted this i didnt no about the official bands thread (havebnt been on in a while)-my appologies

Me and member "Ptah Knemu" are in a band called Once Beyond Purgatory...Check us out...click my sig.....Note:the recording is AWFUL because its no more than an audio file taken from a video camera and the mix at the show was bad anyway and the backup vocals (4 part harmony) was completley drowned out....and btw when we met sym x at gigantour (Jones Beach, (New york show)) Romeo threatened to kill us if we ever quit

no...We actually decided today that on sunday we'll be recording a studio (our keyboardists basement) version of it so everything should be more clear...and does anyone else have a band, i wanna hear u guys.

A friend and I have started a 2 man band, but we havent started on anything yet . I'll post some of our stuff in a few months once we get things happenin. I've got some ideas on gpro, but they're not that developed so I wont bother with them.

so i listened to your stuff on Myspace...
and I really like it. Heavy, catchy, good times.

I still don't have a myspace or songs to post, but I do have a website now. I've decided to put together my stuff in midi format since all my nice recording gear is at home (and I am not) for the time being. If all goes to plan, I'll have the album recorded this summer and out in the fall, fittingly enough considering my bandname is Autumnstone

I have tubbs' band as my friend on that thing, so i think i've already commented on that, same with OBP. Also Lilitu ehhh...i mean Blood Promise, by the way, why did you guys change your name?

Well... bear with me. Lilitu is still signed with The End Records. Blood Promise is a new band, formed by the members of Lilitu, whose music continues the musical legacy of Lilitu. We also felt we had outgrown the name, as it was a bit feminine. It didn't really fit the music anymore. As to whether or not the music has changed drastically, it's more opinionated. How's that?

Glad you guys dig the music. We shot a video with video directior David Brodsky (Anthrax, Trivium, Fall Out Boy, Hilary Duff, Fear Factory, 3 Inches of Blood, etc.). It'll be finished and posted online by the end of the month. As for the music, we're doing our new tracks with James Murphy (Testament, Death, Obituary, etc.). It's going to be a hell of a year!

ok so let me get it straight: Lilitu is still a band, and all the guys from Lilitu formed another band that is separate musically but still has the exact same musicians. is that correct? by the way, you guys should come up to Athens some day!
