I LOVE their first album "River Runs Red" what a fantastic concept record it was!!! I saw them at ozzfest '98 with of all ppl the former singer of Ugly Kid Joe on Vocals!! he did a Fantastic job!!!!

Yeah but this cd is not that good. I think they kind of lost it after Ugly anyway.

"River" was a good one, but they got weird after that, "Ugly" has a cover of a Tears for Fears tune I think.

sample cd of Broken Valley about 3 months ago and to me they sound like

im just not into that kind of stuff. I think one of the best examples of emo
is AFI. River Runs Red will always be their best work IMO.
I hear nothing that resembles AFI on the record. It's solid. Bands evolve, sometimes the fans don't like it...
