Lionville - Killer AOR from Italy

Metallers leave the hall! It's time to wimp out with some golden Euro AOR magic with shiny guitars and cheesefest keys. Something that never fails to leave a massive grin on my face. Well when it's done right of course from the likes of Treat, Brother Firetribe, HEAT etc. and you better add Lionville to that list as well. They have a lot of AOR bigwigs as guests on the album including Tommy Denander and Lars Safsund from Work of Art. In fact the Work of Art album will be one of the few albums that will better this gem from Lionville. Neal Schon should stop wanking his guitar to bits like on the new Journey and take a listen and learn how to write songs. The second song here The Chosen Ones is out of this world amazing!

I fucking love AOR stuff! This is excellent music right here. I'd buy this in a heartbeat! Perhaps that's why I love TEN so much. I wish Glenn would bring them for Progpower some day.

Good songwriting, well executed. The snare drum sounds a little too raw but outside of that.... Superb background voc's.
