I've never seen a Live Consternation promo around, and since it seems there's not even a folder I became suspicious.

it does look fairly legit however I wouldn't necessarily spend too much on promo's.

Also promo's do generally come with a cover information sheet that has some blurb about the release etc (they are meant for radio stations etc to help promote the album). This 1 does not seem to have 1.
