At first I didn't know what the hell was going on (Nirvana, HENDRIX?...), then I checked the site and found out it was a cover band fest

Yes according to the adverts its the biggest free music festival in Europe.....They close off the main streets and have stages all over the place.

I havent been the matthew street festival in years.Last time i was setting the gear up for me mates band as they were playing in about 6 venues that day and it pissed down absolutely pissed down.At the end of the night i threw up on the forecourt of the petrol station on westminster road.
