Looking the name of a song - very hard :-(

All my apologies if there is a thread about "what is the name of this f*****k song" but I did not find it so I created one.

So, here is my question.
I am looking for the name of the song I upload on Youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jNcAqABeVno&feature=youtu.be

I heard it in 1990. The song stops at 01.22, after the animator is speaking (in french) and, at last, he told the name of the band "Igenator", "Igulator" (?????) but it is impossible to find something on Internet.

What do you mean by, stops at 1.22? You mean 1 minute and 22 seconds into the youtube video? I hear no difference in the ambient-ish sounding sounds before and after that point.

How did you get this track that you uploaded to youtube, if you don't have or know the song? Is this track the song? Sorry if I'm confused

The band is "Iugula-Thor", an italian band of noise music, and the song is "The Wheel of the Process".
