Dear people,
today, on Monday, December 28, 2020, will be exactly 5 years since one of the loudest, most authentic, and greatest icons of real rock 'n' roll sound - and frankly, for many, certainly one of the greatest and wildest rock 'n' roll gods ever, Ian Fraser "Lemmy" Kilmister, left a worldly trek, to move to a better place in eternity - and to join the next group of some already passed yet highly respected greats, such as Ronnie James Dio, Eddie Van Halen, Chuck Schuldiner, Thomas Börje Forsberg, being among them (and more).
The Metal Crypt pays homage to Lemmy and Motörhead, together with 31 musicians from all over the world, remembering the gentleman’s unparalleled and rich career with Motörhead, who certainly left a precious musical legacy behind him for future generations to be cherished and even a fair question to be pondered, “what is genuine, honest and loud rock ’n’ roll”? Two words can sum this up somewhat very easily: "Lemmy & Motörhead".
“Eat, drink and be merry, for tomorrow we die. You can be as careful as you want, but you’re going to die anyway, so why not have fun?” Mötorhead for life!
