Nice Maiden choice there. That said, I don't know 84% of those songs.

And Fight Em Til You Can't should have been number one. Worship Music might just be my favourite metal album of all time right now.

Yeah, I hardly know any of them either, so my only real negativity towards the list is that it doesn't have stuff I like on it. Thinking of youtubing my way through the list just to make sure I haven't been missing anything important.

I've not heard of a lot of it, but then that doesn't really surprise. I'd never heard of Between the Buried and Me, so found them on youtube and am diggin' what I'm hearing.

No Steel Panther though. There goes 90% of what I've been listening to in the last 12 months.

Colors by Between the Buried and Me is a really good album.
Crazy musicianship.... You have to be into that style of singing though, which I am not too into.
That is why I never really checked them out beyond Colors, even though I really, really like that album

I'm much in agreement Mr Spruce. It might even have been from seeing you talk about it on here that I first listened to it. I've tried the other albums, but they haven't grabbed me the same, though I haven't given them as much opportunity.

Also, it is funny that they list Colors as the 3rd best song even though that is the name of the album and there is no song called Colors...
Unless they are taking it as a whole concept album (which it is) in which case, it is 8 songs that make up the 'song' Colors...
Interesting.
