low end management : an example ?

Hi,

As I cannot mix with a good sub where I live, I was wondering if that was possible that some of you who achieved mixes with what they would consider "a good management of lowend frequencies" would post an extract with a low pass ON so that I/we can have a good example to match. If possible, you could also post something that you consider "bad" as a ludic example.

I'm also checking varieties of well known songs.
