On a side note I was wondering about the picks that feature so prominently in your writing :
-are those the 3 mm thick pointy ones made of stone and if so didn't you have any problems with them being so thick. I am asking because I was once thinking about buying some, but the enormous thickness made me think they would only be usable for jazz style playing and maybe bass. I was also wondering how much you think they impacted on the tone you got.
