I explained the chords below, my way. I don't like tabs. I like lyrics with the chords above.

The chords (notes from the lowest string to the highest:
Em9 = E B F# G B E
(you only need two fingers on "a" and "d" string,
like a powerchord on the 2nd fret of the "a" string but all strings hit
D9 = x x D A D E
(like D without the finger on 2nd fret from high "e" string)
bm = x B F# B D F#
(this chord isn't the right one, but it works.
C = x C E G C E
The bar could be 12/8
