Alright I'm not sure if this has been posted before and if it has sorry. But there is this kick ass band called Machine Men. Their singer and sounds just like IM's and the riffs are amazing. They have even done and IM cover, Aces High. Check em out.

Sounds like a cover band. Bruce has a song called "Machine Man" on one of his solo albums.

I dont think they sound like Maiden at all really. Sounds more like Edguy than anything. Doesnt mean you should try to sound like a band tho.

Well the singer is a pure mix of tate and Dickinson but the musicians sound like they spent their whole youth in Maiden summer camp.

It's pretty horrible in the studio too. He needs to cut back on that awful vibrato. It sounds like he's singing whilst sitting on a spin drier.

on some studiosongs he is awesome, on others he is just horribly boring and annoying

Nah. Some of his stuff is cool. Unbeliever and Nailed To The Wheel and Mandrake. But Sign of the Cross by Avantasia is my fav with him on it.

The singer sounds a bit like Bruce and his movements on the stage are exactly like Bruce's. Excellent live band.
They have made one minicd with four of their own songs and a cover of Aces High. A new record has been recorded and it's out sometime in the fall.

He was awesome in Melbourne last year! One of the best vocalist's I had the pleasure of seeing live. Great frontman to. Really got the crowd going.

(not that I get the chance to compare him to many others here in Aus! )
