There are actually FIVE (!) versions of "Iron Maiden", and three of "Transylvania" (which I never would have seen coming honestly).
If you get all four CDs of live music (out of the six) and listen to them straight through, yeah, then hearing "Iron Maiden" five times is ridiculous. But I've found myself listening to the CDs in chunks, as in the group of songs that make up one of the sets from any of the particular shows that are captured...and no more...at one listening. Then it's like a mini concert and easier to stomach. But, they still could've done a better job with choosing unique tracks for the Donington '88 show. I would've liked them to capture more unique songs to that era, not more versions of Number of the Beast songs that were represented in two other concerts in the box set.
But...with that aside it's still very much worth the asking price, but I would only recommend it to the diehard/completist, not the new fan. Too much song repitition.
