Maiden Box Set

has anybody bought the eddie special limited edition box set? I just put in an order...was wondering if it is worth the 90 bucks Ijust dropped on it..

I have it and I dig the hell out of it. The coolest CD (at least as far as I'm concerned) is live at the Hammersmith Odeon....a show taped a couple of weeks before Number of the Beast came out. Great sound, Bruce's voice is on fire, and, well, it's cool all around. The rest is good too of course, including the Paul D stuff from Reading Fest or whatever. The Beast Over Hammersmith was worth the price alone, but it's all good.....

We just did a feature on Maiden if anyone's interested, including a review of all three CDs that come with Eddie's Archive boxset.

Thanks man - we've been getting a lot of good feedback on the Maiden feature. And agreeing with 85% is a blinding success in my book!

(Of course the two major interest points have been the reviews for Fear of the Dark and The X Factor).
