Good show. Opening band, Benefit of Nepotism sucked. Bruce struggled initially but found his way during The Red and the Black. Band did seem tired but that's age creeping up. Big and small Eddies ruled!

YEah, the Raven Age were horrible on SO many levels.
I am surprised actually that Steve doesn't teach him some of the basics of live performance, respectful in between song banter, stage positioning, etc...

while I didn't care too much for Lauren Harris, her band played like true professionals.
I suppose her band was made up of older and more experienced players, so I am sure that helped

Oh it's another band from the Harris brood? Explains everything. I thought they looked and sounded super slick and professional, but had absolutely nothing to connect with. Boring boring fucking boring. I'm tired of hearing canned performances from bands with all the vocal harmonies piped into a backing track with typewriter kick drums and everything basically running on a laptop behind the drummer. Fuck those bands for their shiny, pristine wimp-rock and fuck the fans and industry who let stuff like last longer than 30 seconds at a real heavy metal show. People who enjoy that soft-serve bullshit should stick to the CDs you can buy at the Starbucks till.
