According to Reverb, a 23-year-old man has been charged with three counts of third degree assault after allegedly jumping off a balcony and landing on concertgoers during BRING ME THE HORIZON and OF MICE & MEN's joint show in Denver.Alex McCormick jumped from the second floor balcony of the Ogden Theater down into the pit, causing head and neck trauma to two members of the audience and minor injuries to a third fan, according to Lynn Kimbrough, communications director with the Denver District Attorney.McCormick then allegedly fled the scene and was arrested at 10:39 p.m., according to Kimbrough.All three victims and McCormick were transferred to Denver Health Medical Center.McCormick is due in court on February 24.
