According to The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, a Fulton County grand jury indicted Michael Scott Axley (photo from Korn.Simpol.net), 25, of Douglasville, Georgia on felony murder and aggravated assault charges for allegedly punching and killing a man at a KORN concert in July after they got into an argument over a hat.
