To be considered you must:
1) Have reliable gear
2) Reliable transportation
3) Have the ability to tour
4) Available to rehearse 2 nights a week in downtown L.A.
4) Be dedicated, hard-working, creative, willing to contribute
5) Ready to make a significant commitment
5) Have a job
6) 420 friendly
