Lars Brandle of Billboard.biz reports that Spirit Music Group has acquired the publishing and masters rights to the post-1971 catalog of Marc Bolan and T.REX, in a broad deal concluded with the late glam rock star's publishing firm Wizard (Bahamas) Limited.
