Marc Rizzo

So what are your thoughts on Rizzo? I think he is a great guitarist. His new solo album is AMAZING. Mixes tasteful shred with jazz and flamenco, and metal. This is so much better than his earlier work with Il Nino, and better than anything soulfly will ever put out.

Go listen to the riddle of the steel (i know the name sounds gay) the song is great nonetheless. Angelina's song is all acoustic, with great passages.

i have heard a little,to be honest, and I do like what I've heard from him. I like the fusion of styles the most about his playing style, based on what songs I have heard!

I agree. He combines really well flamenco with shred and jazz.

Btw, people in the states, you should go to his solo tour this november and december. Can't wait for the Seattle date, dec 16. Apart from shred, he also plays and sings sepultura's territory and propaganda, and soulfly's frontlines. I hope he plays everything from the new album cause it is so awesome!
