Well it just so happens that I'm a drummer who is hooked on this band. Firewind kills. Mark Cross is truly one of the greatest metal drummer's i've heard in a long time.

Can't wait to see him at the two shows there playing here in New York. Maybe I could get a lesson or meet Mark, who knows.

Any other drummers here?

I met Mark in Paris and he is a top guy, I'm sure he'll be pretty happy to chat to you in New York mate ;)

I know nothing about drumming so I tend to associate great drummers with speed, so I can't comment on Mark's drumming

I don't play any 'metal' instruments.

Instead I play violin (which I've played for about 7 years now) ^_^

I think Mark Cross is an amazing drummer too. Would love to meet him. Would love to meet all of Firewind but it just doesn't seem like it's meant to bloody be! Although I did see Gus in a phonebox one time before a gig...but I didn't want to invade his privacy and just go barging up to him! Heh!

Heh.

xx Kirsty
