Master Comparison/Test

Which of the 2 versions are better, and what could be improved on them? This is the first time I've done any mastering on a track, and only my sixth song mixed so brutally honesty is needed and welcome!

I personally think the guitars have a bit too much fizz on both versions, but I would like your comments.

Oh yeah, I also only mastered one of these. I wanted to see whose master you guys prefer.
