Why does this strike everyone as strange? It's a general command for making matrices. =rand(5,6) makes a matrix of the phrase in which groups of 6 iterations are repeated 5 times.

Reminds me of one of those nonsense e-mails claiming that Bill Gates was wondering why Word did some silly trick akin to the aforementioned, and he was offering a sizeable reward to anyone who could figure it out.
