What do you think of Subconscious Dissolution...? I was initially not too impressed by it (or at least, didn't find it as appealing as Metamorphogenesis), but it's definately grown on me.

I really like it.

I like how it's noticebly more melodic (IMO) but still retains it's heaviness and abrasiveness. it's like woah, this should be easier to listen to, but it's really not.

That one album I heard is probably the most boring CD I've ever downloaded for free.

i don't delete a lot of music that i download, but in the case of autumn tears:
RUN, do not walk, to get it the hell off of your computer.

It's just that Metamorphogenesis kicks your face in with Dissident and you expect the same to happen with Subconscious Dissolusion's Morphia. But it doesn't. I liked the new esoteric on the whole. I like how the second song is major, but still works as an esoteric song. The bits where they speed up are.. strange. Esoteric do not sound as impressive when all the reverb is gone and you hear that behind all the layers there's a pretty straightforward doom/death band playing a riff.
