Mennen goes U.S.A.
29 October 05, that will be the date for another highlight in the career of Dutch rockers
Mennen. It is the departure of the plane that will take these hardworking rockers to the United
States.
They will fly to Cincinnati Ohio, for a period of 5 weeks to record their new album. Mennen will
continue their co-operation wit top producer Erwin Musper (David Bowie, Van Halen, Scorpions,
Def Leppard, Bon Jovi and Anouk) after the work they did together on their last album
Freakazoid (2004). The friendship became stronger and stronger ever since. The last months
the band put a lot of energy in creating and writing in their Mushroom studio ; result 13 tracks
(and still counting). The new material will be directed in the style of Freakazoid as this album
opened up many doors in both the UK and the US.
Besides the recording of the new album, the band will also perform shows in the US. These
shows will be recorded to use in a later stadium.
