Menza out again?!

Drummer Nick Menza has been replaced in the lineup for the upcoming MEGADETH tour, according to a posting on MEGADETH's web site. In his place will be Shawn Drover (EIDOLON). "We look forward to the upcoming tour with Shawn and wish Nick best of luck in his next endeavor," the posting adds. Shawn joins brother Glen (EIDOLON, ex-KING DIAMOND) on guitar and James MacDonough (ex-ICED EARTH) on bass, alongside mainman Dave Mustaine.

MEGADETH's "Blackmail the Universe Tour" will kick off October 23 in Reno, NV. EXODUS will join the trek on October 25 in Anaheim, CA. Also appearing on the bill will be EARSHOT.

Hah, it'll probably be a totally different lineup by the time I see them in a week.

Oh well. As long as the backup band can play "Tornado of Souls," I'm satisfied with 'em.

Big deal. I was kind of sads by missing the start in Reno, because I liked to see Menza alive. Now I feel I ain't gonna miss anything.
Weak album, not even a stable line-up for starters. Like DG said is a soap opera...
