hey everyone, on november 28th i ordered a hoodie off of the shop cuz i wanted it to be a christmas present. I havent heard anything but i read the message on the merch page. could someone clear this up for me?

Hey Mike,
sorry about the hood that didn´t show up.
We´ve been having some problems with the merchandise section and we have also recently done a full scale reorganisation when it comes to the handeling of the merchanside. We are currently taking the last steps to make this section work as it should so hopefully, and I say hopefully it will all be working properly in the middle/end of January.
I know that there´s some people who have had trouble when ordering from the page and it's because of this reason that we have done the reorganisation that I talked about.
BUT, everything that people have ordered will be delivered.....yet delayed.
I hope you will understand that we are trying to handle this the best way we can but I sure can understand that people gets a bit pissed of.....or disappointed when the stuff they order don´t arrive as planned/hoped.
So to all of you who have ordered stuff that never showed up, please let us know, ok? Send an email to michael@evergrey.net
