MEssing with amplitube metal

Tone i made with amplitude metal and standard ezdrummer, the amplitube amp is randall warhead. ignore sloppy and boring riff.

Man, that's really not that bad considering it's Amplitube. Sounds more "real" than a POD tone at least. Work on smoothing out the highs a bit.

cheers bud i had guitar rig b4 that i thought was a pile of balls so i downloaded amplitube metal, im not using a dry signal though iv miked up my randall and just turned the gain down to like 2-3 then running it through amplitube and it sounds so much better than guitar rig imo.

right on... maybe just try moving the mic around a bit, to reduce the fizz.
