sounds great to me, nice and fat. The kick will probably need some blending to make it stand out 'cause it gets buried, but the snare sounds very nice and do do the toms. In the mixed sample, was that only the preset or was there some post processing present too?

no additional postprocessing in DAW, just internal superior plugins

some people on other forums told me about too much bass frequencies in that mix, do they right?

...my reference in sound of that mix was dream theater album systematic chaos

Yup, there's a tad too much bass in there. The guitars are a little fatiguing too. Great mix none the less. Great preset too
