I run a metal webzine (http://metalmarketing.org) and have recently completely recoded the website to be orientated around a social network - members have profiles, can comment on reviews, interviews and concert reviews, have photo galleries, can chat and comment on eachothers profiles and more.
We're getting around about 300 to 400 unique hits a day.
Problem is, the entire thing is taking up so much of my time, that I don't actually have. I'm looking for both reviewers, and possibly a web developer, to help me expand and develop the site.
